1. Account Usage & Deployments

By registering and hosting files on NDS Hosting, you agree to comply with Indian cyber laws. You may not upload malware, spam scripts, unauthorized copyright infringements, or system-taxing mining tools. Violating these clauses results in immediate termination without refund.

2. Server Resource Allocations

We monitor bandwidth, CPU, and SSD utilization on our Lucknow hardware nodes. Standard limits are:

• Stander Plan: 5GB SSD, maximum 15 concurrent PHP processes.
• Pro Plan: 15GB SSD, maximum 30 concurrent PHP processes.
• Business Plan: 30GB SSD, maximum 60 concurrent PHP processes.

Accounts exceeding these limits regularly will receive notification prompts to scale configurations.

3. Database Backups Liability

While NDS Hosting carries out weekly automated snapshot tests to recover system sectors, customers are advised to retain local copies of critical databases and files. We are not liable for incidental business losses due to server downtime or database misconfigurations.

4. Billing Cycles & Renewals

Services are billed cycle-upfront according to your selected period (1, 6, 12, 24, or 48 months). Renewal prompts are emailed 7 days prior to expiry. Failure to settle invoices within 3 days past the due date results in temporary node suspension.
